Delayed closing account

I have to apologize here that in my letter i said i visited west branch but that should be understood as east borivali branch

I had opened account in east borivali as the place is convenient for me from my work place

ON 14-01-07 i forwarded letter to west branch and irevisited to follow them and i received reply to again write to . bank manager.

It should be undetstood that i visited west borivali branch for only two times. Rest of the time I followed through borivali east br. I regret of my ignorance to write west branch again and again though ivisited only two times.thanking you
