I (jay mangal singn) was made a contract with this company for instollation a internet tower on the roof in july.By the terms & condition of this contract, company has to paid 2495/M after six months of contract date. I had paid Rs 40, ooo to company vender against this contract.

Now complete one year has passed but no rent has paid also no work has progressed on site from company side.company vender has switched off his mobile. Is there any action against this type of company in Bihar? Head office address is- M2/40, SHIV PURI MORE,
