Dear Sir madem
I am not holding any account with icic bank they are calling me that my bill is not paid
they refuse to give the the bill details and the card no also the billing address however i manged to get the address it was not min it was someone at biwindi and i am in south bombay someone is holding card in my name and my cont details they are also not blocking the card and also verifing the details
