Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have not received any credit card/EMI Silver card duely approved & issued from your end which are mentioned in your letter (Ref.no. LI5F-6/5) duely signed by Mr. Krishnan Govindan, Asst. General Manager (Application Ref.no.271047890398) and recd.by me today.

So kindly arrange to deliver the above card and please note that till my ackowledgement against receiving of your credit card, i am not liable for either any due amount or misuse of credit card.
