PF Amount due

Dear Sir

I S. Venkateswara Rao worked in ICICI Bank, Mehdipatnam Branch, Hyderabad from April to May as my Employee Id 800757. I applied PF after resigned, but still I did not get my pf amount.

I enquired regardng this last May Mrs. Neha Reddy, ICICI Hyderabad (Phone : 040-66434034) told me that I got cheque six moths back and it was lapsed on 1st week of May and she sent that cheque to Aparna, Mumbai (Phone : 022-39857599) for fresh cheque issue.

Since then I did not get my cheque. Recently Neha Reddy infomed me that my cheque was ready but waiting for signature.

Could you please make it done as early possible.
