Deduct Amt Excess

Debit amt excess.

Sir,

My Account No. 016001505301 Saving Account. I opened Account

Through Cheque 5000/= Minimum Balance Scheme. But now they deducted 978/- Amount on dated 20 Oct -08 .when I called Customer Care they told me you not maintain your account as 10, 000/- Min balance. But i always maint 5000/= . Already i discussed executive.

till date i called and launched complaint but no any action and my amount not credit.

so plz reply
