We had taken Home Loan from ICICI Bank in 2004 and have been paying the EMI regularly without fail. There have been two unauthorised deductions through ECS - one in the month of May 09 and another in September. No communications were sent to us for these deductions. In the month of May the deduction was made for the month of Feb and in September for the month of August. February deductions were already made on 7th Feb and August deductions were made on 10th August.
Kindly help us refund the excess amount that has been deducted.
