TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM IRCTC, BUT WHEN I ASKED TO IRCTC THEY TOLD ME THAT

ALL THE REFUNDS ARE ALREADY GIVEN, FOR THE ABOVE TICKETS.

IN THIS CASE STILL MY REFUND MONEY IS NOT RECEIVED BY ME

FROM LAST 1 YEAR.
