THIS IS WITH REFERENCE TO MY COMPLAINT ID SR112477612.

ACTUALLY I AM CONSTANTLY FOLLOWING UP FOR RETRIEVAL OF HOME LOAN DOCUMENTS SINCE MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. FINALLY WHEN THEY SENT ME THE HOME LOAN DOCUMENTS, IT WAS FOUND INCOMPLETE WHEN I APPROACHED THE OTHER BANK FOR TRANSFER OF HOME LOAN.

EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO HARASS THE CUSTOMER BY PROVIDING INCOMPLETE DETAILS SO THAT WE COULD B UNSUCCESSFUL IN TRANSFERING OUR LOAN TO OTHER BANK.

NOW TWO DAYS BACK I AGAIN LOGDED A COMPLAINT VIDE ABOVE SR. NO. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD BE GETTING THE LIST OF DOCUEMNTS BY 30TH JULY.

MY QUESTION IS ALREADY THE BANK HAS TAKEN TOO MUCH TIME. MOREOVER THE BANK HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE BY SENDING ME INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS. NOW AGAIN THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS MORE JUST FOR GETTING THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS. THE BANK IS ONLINE. EVEN WHEN I VISITED THE AHD HOME LOAN DEPT THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE. IF I AM TO CONTACT THE CUSTOEMR CARE WHY THE BANK IS PAYING THEM AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHEN THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I WANT THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS AND ALL THE COPIES OF MY HOME LOAN TO BE SENT AT YOUR AHMEDABAD HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT (AT PRAHLADNAGAR OFFICE)
