Sub: Collection of payment from Savings Account without my accent and intimation.
Dear Sir,
This refers to SMS received from ICICI bank on 18-07 at 15:41hrs. stating: they have debited Rs. 20250.00—on 18-07 without my accent or my information.
I am not a defaulter and has regularly paid the amount whatever asked for within the due date or post date with penalty. As I was not comfortable I stopped using the card and finally accepted a final settlement amount with one of your tele callers and as discussed the final amount mutually agreed with one of your senior members from Mumbai (Mr. Ravi/Hero) that I will have to pay 11000.00 lumpsum amount in two installment (5500/- in each) as as mutually agreed I did released the payment of Rs. 5500/- vide checque No. : 517027, dtd.6-2 against which I received payment receipt no.: C1208-7347161; branch new delhi, The payment collectors name was Mr. Virender (seal indicating agency name was: Elevate mktg pvt. Ltd).
During the second payment due date I was ready with the checque but I kept a condition that I will be releasing the checque only when I receive the full and final payment declaration duly stamped. Instead your presons on telephones rejected the same and instead forced me to release the payment disagreeing what was mutually agreed for.
This was the very reason I did not release the checque for the same. Now the SMS received has totally disturbed me mentally and shows total dictatorship without having any meeting or initially no one even tried to meet me. As I have already provided my email id also you could have mailed me with address and contact number of persons to have discussions and should have tried to know the reasons of non payment at my end.
I request you to go ahead with the checking of documents and take appropriate decisions. This movement of yours has really disturbed me and for some of approved checques released at my end will be bouncing as I am a salaried person and have only one source of payment i.e. my salary. This act of yours will force me to take some legal action in interest of my safety of having account in bank for so many years and have never defaulted as a respectable citizen. I do understand there are several users who do not do the payments, I have never denied but proper response was not received and further in every discussion I use to find a new person whom I use to brief the whole story again and they use to confirm they will come up with some answer and after few days the story agains went on repeating. Seeing to these circumstances how do you expect me to do the full payment? Also find the scanned copy of the receipt for your ready perusal.
