Synopsis of my whole issue:
1. ICICI HTL taken in Aug 02.
2. Pre-closed in Oct 08.
3. Bank is yet to return my orginal sale deed or yet to log a FIR complaint.
4. Trying to dilly dolly the whole issue by buying time or and
5. Last but not the least trying to threaten me to accept their verdict.
Details:
Pained to bring to your kind attention that I had applied for a HTL from you in Aug 02. My HTL a/c no. is: LBCBT 00 000 351 383. Applcn. No-2218 426.
As per bank policy the dues were paid on time without any delays. Preclosed the loan with my own fund in Oct 08, as per bank s norms without any hitches. But now i am not able to get my original sale deed from the bank, as i understand that it is missing from bank s side.
In this regard, i had sought for following relief:
1.ICICI to give me escalation matrix with clear title of the concerned authorised personnels in the bank for me to escalate, transparently.
2. ICICI to give an uncoditional appology letter in writing.
3. ICICI to return back immdtly my last paid amount (for pre-closing the loan) and take it back from me as and when the bank finds my original sale deed.
4. ICICI to pay me a compensation for the damages caused till date (i.e.) loss of time, mental trauma etc., a min. of Rs.3.00 L.
5. ICICI to assure me that there will be a firm revert/fullstop to whole of these requests in a week s time and it can not be going on for ever like this.
6. ICICI to come back on the probable date of giving my original Sale Deed..
7. ICICI to give letters with letters signed by propoer names, designations, titles ect., and not give a blind letters w/o any such details.
Though, there were some verbal committments given for quick closure of the matter, I find there is not even a small urgency / interest shown to close my pain points at the earliest. There is a clear message to me that ICICI is highly autocratic and will not be in a hurry to cryings/sufferings of their valued/irate customers.
Would appreciate your kind intervention in closing these issues for me, so that i can look at ICICI as a trustworthy service provider.
Trust with this escalation, my pains / horrowing bad experiences of ICICI-HFC will be settled.
