Extra EMI paid in July not reflected in card statement

In the month of July I have made payments of two EMIs

Cheque for Rs.7600 . 00 dated 11 / 07 / 08 and

cheque for Rs. 7800 . 00 dated 18 / 07 / 08

Unfortunately the statement does not reflect payment of one

additional EMI (13) and shows payment of only 12 EMIs.

Kindly do the needful
