Dear Sir,
I am having SB a/c no.034501511924 with ICICI bank at Naranpura Branch for last one & half Year . up to confirmation of opening of the A/c There is no communication even I have not been sent Monthly Bank statement from them. i am Continiuslly trying to communicate with Customer Care service, personally at branch & communicate with JMC House. but there is not response from them even i have already spoke to Branch Manager Mr. Khokhani regarding this matter still he is not answering in well manner. he has rejected my Change of addres request & Call me to pay Charges for Bank Statement.
So I would like to convey the message to you to take neccessary action on this kind of serivce.
