Non payment of Fixed Deposit amount

Respected Sir,

My father (Mr. Vasant M. Shah) was having Fixed Deposit with ICICI Bank. He expired on 19/06/08. We had been following with the bank for the money but they arre alway giving the excuses & not releasing the money. All the documents required had been submitted to them.

Please help us in getting our money.
