Giving wrong information about Facility

Dear Concern,

I have an salary account (A/C No - 025301530492) with ICICI Bank and as per information given by Relationship Manager (Name - Puneet Sharma, e-mail ID - [email protected])

1. we can use any visa ATM for transaction without any charges, but when i use any other visa atm to withdraw some money Rs. 20/- is deducting from my a/c.

2. there will be no any debit card charges but bank are charging Rs. 111/- as a debit card charges & the worst part is - they are charging twice in a year for the same.

for all the problem which i am facing called up and sent an e-mail also to Mr. Puneet Sharma but he is not responding on either e-mail or phone and every time he is giving wrong information about facility.

Request you to please help me in this case as the Relationship Manager is not able to help me out
