I beg to say that I am customer of your Bank. My account No.039901525282. I drop

a HDFC Bank (Address-DLF Phase-I, Shopping Complex, Gurgaon, H.R.) Cheque No. 102200,

who amount is Rs.7977/- in your drop box Raheja Square, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon (Haryana) on

date 30/08/08.I want above cheque return at my address Gajendra Kumar, Ahuja Builders, Eros

Corporate Park, Block-K, Sec-2, Near Raheja Square, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon (H.R.). This

request given yours branch ICICI Bank Ltd, Reheja Square, Sec-2, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon

(H.R.) on dated 26/09/08 and sent same request by E-mail yours Nodal Officer on dated 03/10/08 & 13/10/08 .But above cheque not meet to me and not short-out my problem on till date.

I visit your Branch three or more times but my problem not short-out. So I request you

that to solve my problem as soon as possible.
