Snag in account but ignorence to my representations

I placed an order thru Indiatimes.com, which got cancelled. The Indiatimes.com has credited the full transaction proceed, still the ICICI keep on sending me EMI's. I did'nt pay the EMI's etc relating to the above cancelled transaction. I tried my level best to draw the attention of the concerned authorities through several phone calls, e-mails to its customer care center. Many letters to the Executive Officer Lucknow office & Mr. H.Mehta Nodal officer, ICICI Bank prooved to be a futile pursuit. I've paid the total actual dues. Lucknow office's Collection Manager Mr. Yajvenra initiated for settlement of the dispute thru payment of Rs. 8000/-, though the amount exceeds actual dues, but I agreed. This payment was to made after requisite approval. But ICICI LUCKNOW Office is totally silent since then. Latest cr.card statement still show the dispute. Customer Care Service seems to be the least priority sector of the ICICIBank. Pl.suggest about future course of action. Thanks.
