PF not recieved yet

Dear sir

I (Gurdev Singh) resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd on 31'st August. I have submitted my resignation letter & PF form before 4 months ago duly signed by my reporting manager Mr. Amit Sachdeva, Emp. Id.144677.But i have not recieved my PF amount or any reply

till date. Plz help me to get my Clearance & PF amount.
