ICICI Bank Ltd / Saving A/c
Wrong Debit due to ATM fault

I visited ICICI's ATM on 10-06 at Shevashram Road, Bharuch-392001 to witdhraw Rs. 300 but at that time sufficiant cash was not availble in the ATM and cash not came out, although my a/c is debited Rs. 300/-. I had already made a complain but below revert received from bank :-

"With reference to your Service Request SR109078188, The transaction has been verified and found to be fully paid and successful as per our records. Therefore, reversal of the transaction is not authorized"

I dont understand how could this transaction be verified as i did'nt receive any cash..?
