1 I am quantum savings account holder with icici borivil west branch.

2. i have submitted a request for cheque book issue on 7th sep 2008 and have also lodged one new Fixed deposit on 8th sep 2008.

3. i am yet to receive the cheque book as well as my fixed deposit

receipt.

4. A similar request with bank of india has already been completed within a day from them.

5. Mr kamath chairman / m/s kochchar MD of icici bank please wake up. just dont

keep your talks on the tv channels. your bank is

sleeping for service levels. horrible service
