Iam priyank singh thakur, i required one certificate for FOREIGN TRADE OFFICE, GOVT.OF INDIA purpose.in this my name, accont no., address should be mention in a specific format (appen.18A) but bank operations manager MR.ANIRUDH MAHA did not issue this certificate and harasses me.according to RBI directions bank have to issue the certificate in specific format only.but ICICI, SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE dont even care.
