ICICI Bank ATM - Money not dispensed but A/c get debited

I have used the Union Bank of India ATM card No. 4213685423022212 for cash withdrawal of Rs.5500/- on 24.12.2008 in an ICICI bank ATM situated at Karunagappally, Kollam. I have received an amount of Rs.5500/- immediately and my A/c is debited with the same amount twice. But the ATM machine delivered the amount only once. ie, I have received only 5500/-. Now there is only minimum balance in my A/c. Kindly credit my A/c with Rs.5500/- immediately on urgent basis.
