Charge late fees and interest after clearing the whole amount of credit card

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to inform you that I am saving account holder of ICICI bank. I made whole of my credit card which was reflecting in my saving account. I deposited Rs.23, 484.13 in my account but with out informing me I.C.I.C.I bank debited my account for Rs.15, 327.72 which was the net payment for my credit card and I liable to pay this payment after that there was no dews outstanding for my credit card but they updated my profile in CIBIL data base because I have Rs. 4400.00 more for late fees and interested but they did not send any letter any mail since past 2 years.

I gave the call to there collection center department and send the mail to Bombay that I am not liable to pay this unnecessary late fees and interested charges when I already cleared my dues and please my profile from CIBIL data base and they provide me the Case # SR105756274 and I am also getting unnecessary & unwanted calls from there department. And no result come out from there side I did so many follow up with there collection center department nobody want listen the problem.

I already spoke with Dinesh he is working in bonewdelhi Phone# 011-23725219 he advice me send the all the details and document on my email id. I will look into the matter.
