I Have been issued your credit card no.4629864241245002 in the name of Momin khan r/o Subhash gali, Vishwas nagar, Shahdara, Delhi.
As soon as I got my credit even without using it I came to new that air tickets of GoAirlines and Kingfisher Airlines total amounting to Rs 51980/-on dt 15/09/08 has been done without my knowledge. As soon as I got the statement I was shocked to see the total due amount as I have never used this card before. I immediately called up the customer care No.and spoke to the executive in this regard and told me that a case has been lodged in this regard and ref no.82754935 was given to me for my greivience. My earlier card as mentioned above has been blocked and a new card has been issued which I have duly received.
I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible so that I am able to use the credit card and also tell me if any further compalints are to be lodged anywhere else.
