In I have applied for a home loan with ICICI bank and they charged Rs. 4776.00 as a processing fees. But, I haven't avail this loan since I couldn't find out a good property. Also, they have not advise or suggest regarding this. So, I have requested them to refund the charges of 4776.00.
Below are the communication with ICICI customer care,
1."Hi Team,
I have applied for a home loan during May and I made a payment for amout Rs 4776.00 as a processing charge. But, I havent avail this loan for some reasons.
Since, I havent taken this loan can you please refund this amout to me.

2."Dear Mr. Murali,
We understand your concern.
As per the business policy, the administration fees are collected at the sanction stage. The administration fees are utilized to process the documents for sanction of your home loan. Hence, the processing fees will not be refunded once the home loan is sanctioned."
