This is with reference to the Home Loan account no LBMUM00001549880 held in the name of Savita Thakur my mother. we hace closed this loan on 09th Sep 09. but as on date i have not received the original documents of my property. I have visited several times at ICICI Mahalaxmi branch at mumbai, but I got no satisfactory response from them. I am now very much upset with the kind of services ICICI bank has provided me. It seems like my original property documents are lost or misplaced by ICICI and now they are giving excuses for the same, request you to please enquire about the matter and get this complaint resolved on priority.
