Excess Intrest Rate & Poor Service

I took home loan from ICICI Bank vide Account No LBDEL 00000503786 in oct. The intrest rate was 7.75% which has been increased to 13.5 % which is highest among the banks. The quality of service is very poor, there is no communication from bank about the loan status or change in the intrest rate. when apporached to bank for getting the balace payment details they asked Rs 100/- to provide this information. I called ICICI call centre. I was told that ICICI is charging high intrest rate for its goods service. There is only only good service observed with this Bank i.e loan is quickly senctioned and later they do not listen the customer. In vew of above I request you to take necessary action against the bank. -
