Recently (June) ICICI increased the interet rate on home loans. I have been a customer of ICICI home loan since Dec. I signed-up for floating rate interest. So far there has not been a single instance of the ICICI reducing the interest rate and they're only too willing to hike the interest rate, at the slightest mention of it by RBI.
Has any of the ICICI customers been fortunate to have their interest rates reduced, anytime in the past??
