Double deduction of premium

I am a policy holder in ICICI Prudential, Policy No.: 03978493, Life Time Super Pension.

1) I got a sms on 22nd Dec'08 that payment deduction of premium value Rs. 24000/- through ECS has been dishonoured where as I never maintained less that during those period.

2) I paid on on 2nd Jan'09 through internet banking the above premium amount.

3) ICICI prudential deducted the same premium amount again on 3rd Jan'09.

4) So instead of Rs. 24000/- as premium amount they have taken Rs. 48000/-

4) I have been consistently following up with the call centres and branch office since 3rd of january to return the excess amount but of no avail.

5) Reply I get are, Payment not realised, It is on hold, There is a technical fault, It is under process, we can not do any thing, It will take 6 working days every day I complain about it.

6) Truth is that despite of all my effort and pleading, they are not returning the money.

Who can help me getting my hard earned money back???
