Not refunding my money

The two employee of ICICI Company persued me to take me a policy. They came to my home and gave me some forms to fill up. As they had come at such time when I was in hurry to go to my office they told me to sign the forms and said that they will fill up the forms as they took my photostate copy of PAN card, voter id two photographs and a cheque of rs 7500/-.I provided them all those things what they asked for. Resultantly they filled the forms wrong and giving wrong address and phone nos. I started running to company people providing them all the documents in respect of my origingal address, complaining about the wrongdoings of their employees but my all efforts went into vain, they kept on saying that each customer is being given 15 days time called as FREELOOK PERIOD and in this period the customer can withdraw for the policy but when I told them that I never received any letter in this regard uptill now they did not listen and kept on saying that as the freelook period is over so I cannot ask for refund but the fact is that since January 20th I never received any letter I again quote not a single letter in this respect and only in June I received a letter at my original address denying my request for the refund my money. I wrote a letter to them in this respect and sent them through speed post vide receipt no ED6440941561N on 26/06, requesting them to acknowledge the receipt but they didn't do so. My policy no is 11027776. Please look into this matter and take approriate steps in getting my money back.
