INCREASE MY PREMIUM AMOUNT

I HAVE A POLICY OF MY CHILD -SMART KIDS BUT SUDDENLY THE COMPANY HAS ASKED ME TO PAY AN INCREASE AMOUNT OF PREMIUM .WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR IT THEN I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO INCREASE IN GOVT TAX AND EDUCATION ACCES IT IS SO BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CLARIFY IT THEN THEY SAID IT IS DUE TO THE CHANGE OF MODE OF PAYMENT. FROM ELECTRONIC TO NON ELECTRONIC MODE .BUT DUE TO SHIFTING FROM DELHI TO KOLKATA I ALREADY CHANGED THE MODE IN 10-01. BUT IN JANUARY THE ICICI BILLER DESK.CALLED ME ON MARCH ASKING FOR MAKING THE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD. SO I ACCEPTED IT WHICH WAS ABOUT TO START FROM APRIL BUT, AFTER TWO MONTHS I WAS INFORMED THAT MY PREMIUM HAS NOT BEEN PAID AND I RECIEVED A LETTER WITH A LATE FINE OF 33/-.WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR IT THEY ASSURED ME TO START IT FROM THE NEXT MONTH BUT I BEING CHEATED I STARTED PAYING ONLINE, THAT IS THE REASON WHY THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY MORE 5% IS IT ACCORDING TO THE IRDA RULE.
