On 20th August at around 12:30pm, I received a call at my landline number from 1203050250. The call was from ICICI Prudential Head Quarters (as I was told on phone by the caller) asking for my father. When I refused to entertain his call for any insurance offer, he abused me by swearing and using utmost dirty language which can be ever expected out of executives of a bank of such high repute. It is matter of shame for the ICICI Bank to have employed such shamless and uneducated people who deal in such degrading and insulting manner with the customers.
