Courier deliverd but item missing

Dear Sir/Madam,

Courier sent from Pune to Kolhapur on 10th Dec 08 and deliverd on 12th Dec 08 and item missing from the courier.

3 Trouser's were inside the courier but receieved only 1.

Kindly suggest me what to do or take necessary action.
