My self P D Kothe having Policy with you since last three years. In this connection I would like to inform you that due to some financial crisis I will be unable to make further payment for this policy.

This is my last payment for this Policy and as per options set by ICICI I am discontinuing the further premium payment to this Policy but the Policy will continue.
