Waiting for your favorable reply…. On 6/05 I got new connection of Vodafone. After that I contacted to your customer care when my connection was not activated. At that time I came to know that activation would be done within 48 hours but when since 4 days, activation is not done I have tried to contact to your customer care on 111 but failed hence launching complaint through this site. Pls. let me know when activation of my new connection will be done. This is a corporate connection & except me, all connections are activated.

Since 10 years, I am costumer of orange/hutch/Vodafone but for the first time I am facing problem in contacting through your customer care.
