ICON COMPUTER/regarding service
Donot provide service within 12hr asper stated in contact document

I have made a contact with iCON COMPUTOR of 1year with a amount of 1000 rupees on 15/03/06 that they will provide service within 12hr from our phone call. But every time they fail to provide service within 12 hr rather they provide service after 3 days or even after 11 days. And this service center situated at 15 N.S.C BOSE RD KOLKATA-700015 and PHONENO-9831170123, 9836227984, 9903496379, 9831956876.

I hope you will take poper step regarding this organisation.
