Fraud messages

Hi,

Got a message from a number, stating Congrtaulations you have won 250.000 GB Pounds in 2009 UK Shell intl mobile draws. to claim email [email protected].

The message came from TM Treasury, Message center number : 919248855008

I am using the service provider - IDEA .

Can some body trace this number and keep a check on such bogus claims.

These type of things need to be traced and checked so that no frauds can happen.
