Unauthorised charging of money in the name of activating various packages without consumers knowledge

Espected sir/madam,

i P.KRISHNA RAO here by lodging a complaint on behalf of my mother againist the idea cellular company on her mobile number 98485 83018. they have activated altogether 6 services on their own and are deducting Rs.5/day from my mothers mobile without her consent. when we have asked the same to them they are claiming that it was activated by my mother who is an illiterate. all the services activated are unknown to her and they are claiming that she has pressed the keys *368# on her own. i could not understand how this is possible by an illiterate lady.we have obtained a complaint number after we lodge the deactivation of services i.e., 1-11786276724. they have caused the mental tension and agony to my mother. please take strict action againist them and stop their exploitation.
