Idea celluler ltd/ postpaid connection
Ill not received timely from last 2 months

Dear Sir,

I am having a postpaid connection of idea celluler ltd. From begining i requested for soft copy of my bill but i never get my bill on time & company also stop sending my hard copy. Each month i personally calls to customer care regarding my bill. my bill date is 1st of every month and 16th is due date. Every month i gives request 6 to 8 times but from last two months i am not getting my bill. From this month i stoped my payment.my connection no. is 9718147360.
