Dear Sir.
I regret to inform you that my HP Gas dealer is regularly giving me problem in booking and supplying the Gas. My Consumer No. 638417 Name of consuner Rajesj Kumar Rawri address # 12, Element Layout, Sarjapur Main Road, Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore-35. Every time I have to call several times to book the gas for refilling. this is too much annoying. simply they do not want to book the gas and always ask call after few days. Even after booking I have to call again and again fopr supply of the gas. My last gas suuply was on 14.9.2009. Since 5th of October I call every day and simply they do not book the gas and after one week today i.e. on 12.10.2009 the gas was booked but no booking No. is given and they say after 5 days it will be supplied.
This is a chronic problem with this distributor. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into it. I do not know whether I am alone facing this type of problem or in general they deal with the customers like this, that too need to be assessed by your reputed organisation for better consumer satisfaction.
