P.f. amount not received

Dear Sir,

Myself Pragnesh Gadhiya, Has fill up the form and submitted the same at P.F. Office - Vashi on 20/07 & and they are received on 23/07 (As per online status)

Still the thing is there after more then 120 days my claim showing is under process.

Kindly help me to get the right thing.

Kindly guide me what i have to do for the same.
