SIR/MADAM, I bought an idea net setter, high speed EDGE/GPRSmobile internet connection 3-4 months back from hapur, distcrict ghaziabad (u.p), on purchasing i was promised that the speed will be good n it vill reach upto 120 kbps instead of 236 kbps .but from the very ist day speed is in betwn 0 -20 kbps which is very very slow to do any work..i complaint about it on the shop many times but the response was nil... n they r regularly charging fill payment with the promise that they will surely increase the speed... but all promises made by them are false n till today thwre is no incerease in speed infect if i call them they never recieved my call... in this case what will i do n more then that now my connection is cut off infect i hv deposited the bill also...
sir now i dont understand what to do ..as i m llucknow so i cant reach them ..please advice me how can i overcome this problem... thanks
