POLICY NO.0021609555

I have switched my fund from debt to equity (100%) on 03/08 which req. id. is -PS00727114.But while checking the statement on 27/10 i found that my fund is still in debt in place of equity. Since then i have phoned to customer care on phone no.-02030587888 several times and also written a letter to GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OFFICER, customer care Pune with a copy to- patna branch from where i switched my fund, mujaffarpur branch from where i have purchased my policy and head office pune on 30/10 which is posted by me on 31/10 through speed post which no. are as follows- spEE870622573IN, spEE870622560IN, spEE870622729IN, spEE870622560IN respectively. I have also sent an e mail to GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OFFICER & CUSTOMER CARE on 2/11/07.But till date i have not received any reply from any office.

U are requested to kindly look into the matter and oblige.
