Fraud by idea telecom services

Hi,

I would like to inform you that i recieve a call from 9891804869 stating that this is a call from idea telecom and there is plan of Rs600 with local call rate at 49p and std @99p. I confirmed the same thing with the costumer care, at that time executive told me that it is post planned, so i asked the person at above number to send any executive. A person named Munna (9984409825-cell) came to my house regarding the same plan he took Rs600 for which he gave a reciept to me. But when plan didnot get activated in 3-4 hours i called idea customer care but they told me that there is no such plan
