Was cheated by the company in regards to speed

my name is kunal from new delhi.when i bought idia usb net setter they told that this is the best in market now its been week or so.now the speed is pathetic i was wondering why they are having wrong word with borrower is this way to handle borrower

if not possible they need to shutt down there network..
