This company took $31.85 from my checking acct. and gave me the run around that the only way I could get a refund was to go to their web site and fill out a form. First off I hunted thru dozens of web sites and haven't found any form to fill out but I do have their phone number and will turn it over to the BBB. These people need to be STOP!!!
