I am in Chennai.
My IFB Dishwasher is just 18 months old. This is the second time it is needing repairs with the last repair only about 20 days ago.
The machine is under AMC. Despite 48 hours having lapsed, there is no response from the company.
The manager does not attend the calls.
The last time I had to wait for three days before the complaint was attended, despite the clause that the complaint would be attended in 24 hours.
I am frustrated and do not no where to lodge a complaint for such irresponsive customer service.
Moreover, the company has given me the receipt for the AMC but not yet handed over the AMC (contract doument) till date.
