I have purchased a IFB washing machine (SENATOR - 6Kg) on August and it has not been working since day one. I have called up and registered many complaints to the IFB customer care centre as well as the local IFB service centre regarding this matter but the matter has not been sorted out nor has any technican approached us so far. I feel that i have been cheated by the company as i have paid a sum of Rs. 27, 000 for a washing machine that does not work.
