Withdrawl of complaint

Madam/Sir,

The pump of my washing machine was out of order since13-14 days. It was under AMC no 86403.I mailed the complaint with all the required details. We faced hectic time for 13-14 days as our comlaint was hardly attended. But last week on one 'auspicious' day a technician arrived like an 'angel', and fixed the new pump.

I withdraw my complaint, but I sincerely advise you to improve the standards of your aftersale services, so that we may not stop our relatives and friends to purchase the products of your compay.

PLEASE PAY HEED TO MY ADVICE BEFORE YOUR COMPANY IS DOOMED.
