Service technicians not attending complaint

I am having a very bad experience Elite Dx front loading Washing machine of IFB purchased on 14.10.2008.

The machine started giving trouble and not working properly and a complaint was registered with IFB vide ref Nos.2905254 dated 8.4. 2961857 dt 25.4.2009 and vide ref No 3022424 dt 13.5.2009 but still not fully attended and no response from IFB Service Centre if trying to contact local service technicians.

We regret that IFB being a reputed company is not responding to its customers in time.

Hope you will address this issue immediately and get the machine attended by technician immediately.
